Baldt Consolidates Offshore Sales Support Operation —Literature Available

In a move designed to provide more efficient sales and engineering support for offshore/international accounts, Baldt Inc. has integrated its Houston, Texas, office operation into its corporate headquarters in Chester, Pa. The announcement was made recently by James Palmer, president.

With this move, all engineering, R & D , testing, sales and marketing functions are now consolidated into one location. This consolidation will provide benefits for all Baldt's offshore and international customers.

As part of the consolidation, Robert Johnson will join Baldt as manager of offshore/international sales. David Chatham and Eugene Dougherty, formerly located in Houston, will assume the responsibilities of offshore specialists. All three bring extensive knowledge of the offshore industry to the Chester headquarters.

In a related announcement, Baldt has named Tri-Tex Marine, Inc. of Houston as exclusive distributor covering Texas and Oklahoma.

Tri-Tex will stock a complete inventory of commonly used items, including connecting, retrieving, and deck and dock hardware.
