INLAND TOWBOATS—This fleet consists of all towboats and tugs operated exclusively on the inland waterways and intracoastal canal system. The fleet includes vessels operated on the inland waters of the Pacific Northwest and the Atlantic Coast as well as those operated on the Mississippi River System and her tributaries.
