Wynn Offers New Wipers

Wynn Marine has developed a new

Pantograph wiper system, featuring an externally mounted motor position, which is easier to fit than its predeces- sor. The Wynn 1801 SeaHorse complete unit is fitted externally, which reduces the need for bulkhead penetrations. This feature allows the system to be more flexible, while avoiding conflict with other equipment fitted above or below the bridge windows. The 1801 is suit- able for newbuilds and refits. The Panto- graph arc of the Seahorse wiper is adjustable from 35 to 90 degrees, with blade lengths ranging from 300 to 800 mm; arm lengths range from 300 to 850 mm, allowing the system to meet most applications.
