Secure Waters Security Group, a dynamic maritime security company, is looking for a Business Development Manager for
South Florida to support strategic objec- tives by leading all marketing, business de- velopment and sales initiatives to identify and develop new accounts and maximize sales with existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess: • 5 or more years of experience in the mar- itime security industry, understanding of the maritime environment and security re- quirements for regulated and non-regulated maritime facilities. • Minimum of 2 years of related B2B sales experience. • Track record of proven sales success in the South Florida market, must have con- tacts with local businesses, preferably port based businesses, “Hunting" skills and ex- perience is a MUST. • Able to self—manage and independently provide security solutions and recommen- dations to clients. • Reliable transportation, able to travel up to 90% local. •Must possess a basic understanding of
MTSA and ISPS regulations. • Effective leadership, sales management, networking and client relationship skills.
