HWCG is a consortium of deepwater Gulf operators, with 22 members as of March 22. Members Noble
Energy Corp., BHB Billiton Petroleum and ATP Oil &
Gas Corp. received recent well permits from BOEMRE.
HWCG's members are Anadarko Petroleum Corp.;
