Who May Apply: Open to all quali- ? ed United States citizens who are not currently employed with Military Sea- lift Command (MSC) as civil service mariner (CIVMAR) employees. Relo- cation expenses are not authorized for this position.

Duties: Able to obtain and maintain a

Top Secret Security Clearance. Fully pro? cient with operating radio cryp- tographic equipment. The incumbent must be skilled in interpretation of electronics technical manuals, draw- ings, speci? cations and schematic drawings. Required to observe all safety rules and take appropriate pre- cautions to ensure personal safety and safety of co-workers.
