New Year by holding a Strategic Invest- ment Plan and Technology Investment

Plan Workshop to develop the guiding documents for the upcoming 2020

R&D solicitations. In addition, Mike

Duthu, VP of Business Development at Ingalls Shipbuilding was selected to the ECB to replace the long-serving

Rick Spaulding (now with HII-NNS).
