F. Robert Black, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Moran Transportation Industries, Inc., announces the relocation of his office to Houston, where he will be directing the majority of his attention to strategic affairs and corporate expansion to Los Angeles and New Orleans. Mr.
Black and the directors of Moran Transportation recently announced the appointment of William P. Black as president and chief operating officer.
William Black most recently served as general manager of an ITT subsidiary company servicing markets throughout the world. He brings to the company extensive experience in utilizing all modes of domestic and international traffic.

Moran Company, Inc., includes 16 domestic locations from Maine to Texas, as well as an overseas agency in Greece. In addition to serving the import and export needs of New England and Northeast industries, company objectives will continue to be geographic expansion and diversification. Moran's corporate office and staff will remain in Providence, R.I.
