Development Division has provided customers expertise in the hydrody- namics and design of high-speed ships and craft and the early stage design of conventional ships. The company has a particular expertise in the design of water-jet pumps and systems for both conventional and advanced ship and craft applications.

SWATH and Semi-SWATH, ACV and SES. For each hull form type, the model permits whole-ship design trade-offs to be examined with respect to acquisition or operating cost and ship performance, including seakeeping. With support from ONR and technical oversight by NSWC-
