Paul J. Staadeker has been elected vice president, Transpor- tation Services for Agri-Trans
Corporation in Long Grove, 111., reporting to R.A. Wilson, execu- tive vice president and general manager.
Mr. Staadeker will have re- sponsibility for equipment dis- patch, traffic management, mem- ber services, non-member sales and equipment charters within
Agri-Trans, as well as coordi- nating CF Industries' waterborne product movements. His duties over the last 12 months have been greatly expanded because of substantial involvement in the following new operational areas: the UAN towing contract between
CF Industries, Inc. and Agri-
Trans Corporation; the CF In- dustries, Inc. tug/barge opera- tions, and the Agri-Trans ex- pansion into the barge freight trading areas.

Stephen P. Keller
Egil Arnessen, president of The
Arnessen Corporation, recently announced the appointment of
Stephen P. Keller as manager,
Navigation and Communication
Systems. The Arnessen Corpora- tion, through its subsidiary Ar- nessen Marine Systems, Inc., sup- plies and services a full range of vessel engineering, deck radio and bridge equipment. Mr. Keller will be responsible for the marketing of all navigation and communica- tion equipment supplied by Ar- nessen.
Mr. Keller entered the maritime industry at ITT World Communi- cations, where he served as ma- rine sales specialist. Prior to join- ing Arnessen, he was responsible for the development of sales of satellite communications equip- ment and service for COMSAT
General Corporation. He was in- volved with MARISAT from its inception.
Mr. Keller received a B.S. de- gree from St. Francis College,
Brooklyn, N.Y., and an M.S. de- gree from the State University of New York Maritime College,
