The ideal candidate would be an engineering
Ph.D. in a Marine Industry related field who holds a Coast Guard License, at least at the
Third Assistant Engineers Level. Holders of a
Ph.D. degree in any related engineering field who has experience in the maritime field will be seriously considered. Holders of a Coast Guard
