Goldman world-class semi-submersible drilling rigs, a 128,000 DWT shuttle tanker, and two 22,500 DWT chemical carriers all at once. That fete was followed this January by the simultaneous launching of a barge-mounted seawater treating plant, five drilling rigs, and a 140,000 DWT bulker.
