The ideal Marine Planner candidate should possess a minimum of eight to ten years experience in directing a successful shipyard planning and scheduling activity. The ideal Marine Estimator candidate should possess comparable experience in marine estimating as they will be instrumental in directing the activities of a newly formed Estimating Section. Knowledge of new construc- tion requirements for Naval vessels is a must. Computer knowledge is not a prerequisite, but would be a definite plus.
