Global Associates, an international base opera- tions and support services company has an im- mediate need for a Marine Master.
Responsibilities include command of a diesel powered craft such as a tug, LCU or LCM, making scheduled trips in the Kwajalein lagoon area, as well as to other places in the Marshall Islands, up to several hundred miles in distance. Operates all communications and radar equipment aboard the vessel. Is responsible for the upkeep of the ves- sel, including cleanliness, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems; mainte- nance of accurate deck and engine logs. May perform as Harbor Pilot when necessary.
Experience should include six years sailing as a
Master of steam and motor vessels of not less than 500 gross tons. Shall possess a current U.S.
Coast Guard Master's License of steam and motor vessels of not less than 500 gross tons, with First Class Pilot Endorsement preferred, and a Radar Observer Endorsement.
