Raytheon Awarded $20.6-Million Contract

Signal Division, Portsmouth, R.I., has been awarded a $20,676,000 modification to definitize a pre- viously awarded cost-plus-fixed fee letter contract for the development of the combat control system MK-1 computer program C-4. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, and is expected to be completed in June 1987. Contract funds would not have expired at the end of the cur- rent fiscal year. The Naval Sea Sys- tems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

General Electric Company, Elec- tronics Park, Syracuse, N.Y., was awarded a $12,300,000 fixed-price- incentive contract for long lead ma- terials and services for installation of AN/SQS-53 (C) (V) sonar on- board Arleigh Burke (DDG-51) class destroyers. Work will be per- formed in Syracuse, and is expected to be completed in April 1987. Con- tract funds would not have expired at the end of the current fiscal year.
