R. A. Stearn, Inc., a moderate sized ship design firm is looking for managerial level design talent in both the Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering areas.

Applicants must have broad technical backgrounds and at least 10 years of shipyard and/or design of- fice experience in both commercial and naval ship design. An advanced degree would be a definite as- set.

The marine engineering candidate should have a strong electrical and mechanical background, and the naval architectural candidate should have a strong background in computer-aided design and project management, and both candidates must possess good communication skills.

Our offices are located in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, the center of shipbuilding activity in the midwest, and a popular recreational area with good access to water and winter sports.
