June 24,1992, at 12:00 o'clock noon, Central Standard Time, by the United States Marshal for the United States District
Court for the Southern District of Alabama, Southern Division,
U.S.A. pursuant to the order of said Court on the front steps of the Federal Courthouse, St. Joseph Street, Mobile, Ala- bama.
The sale will be to the highest bidder, subject to confirmation by the Court. MARINE SURVEYOR/MANAGER OF LOUISIANA GULF COAST OPERATIONS 40 Hrs/wk, $42,400/yr. Duties: Conduct quality, quanity and loss control surveys on oceangoing vessels and cargoes, including tankers and liquid petrochemical cargoes; inspect conditions or vessels and cargoes, ascertain and evaluate extent and cause of vessel and cargo damage, determine and recommend repairs or reconditioning required, or other remedies: estimate costs for repairs or reconditioning; measure quanities or cargo by draft survey; conduct laboratory tests or analyses; prepare and issue survey reports and shipping documents; supervising other surveyors in accordance with company safety policies and procedures as well as industrial guides. Requirements: High school education, 5 years experience in job offered plus 5 years experience in navigation of oceangoing vessels, including oil and chemical tankers. Profes- sional experience must substantially relate to all aspects of quality, quantity and loss control surveys on oil and chemical tankers and liquid petrochemical cargoes, and to the navigation of tankers and marine transportation of liquid petrochemical cargoes.
