Scale Model Co. Offers

Professional Reproductions

Scale Reproductions is a profes- sional scale model company based in the U.S. which has built more than 200 models for delivery world- wide. The company builds many types of models, but its specialty is marine models of all types. The models are used for office or home decor, in marketing, in prototype design presentations and as gifts.

Two years ago Scale Reproduc- tions installed a CAD system to aid in construction of its models, and more recently the company installed a computer-controlled laser cutter which works in conjunction with the

CAD systems. The new laser cutter not only provides a more accurate model, but also a shorter production time. Scale Reproductions can take a customer's blueprints, whether on paper or floppy, and create a cutting file which is used by the laser to cut the parts necessary to construct the model. That's the meaning of'Skookum."

Skookum originated in logging. There's nolougher test than work in the woods.

And in logging lingo, "skookum" means the best.

When we started serving the fishing industry, we introduced trawl blocks, shackles, and hooks that are engineered tor extremes.

Our best testimonials come from fisher- men. When conditions are as bad as they can get, Skookum equipment keeps working. And Skookum lasts longer, making it an even better investment.

We're proud to wave the flag, too. All

Skookum equipment and parts are made in the U.S.A. This means the finest quality, faster delivery and better availability.

Hey, when you're 500 miles out at sea and fishing is at its peak and there is a storm whipping up, rigging should never be a worry. Right? Reliability is crucial.

That is why Skookum is catching on fast in the fishing industry.
