MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in naval architecture, marine engineering or a closely re- lated field and six years of professional experience in the design, construction, renovation or modifica- tion of ships. Galveston invites applications for two full-time nine month positions as senior lecturer and lecturer. One position requires specialty in the areas of: Marine

Propulsion Plants, Diesel Engine Technology, Marine Thermodynamics and

Heat Transfer, Fundamentals of Naval Architecture, and Fluid Mechanics.

Another position requires specialty in the areas of: Marine Auxiliary Systems.

Marine Technology and the Environment, Steam and Diesel Propulsion Plants, and Marine Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. These positions are available commencing with the Fall 1994 semester. Applicants with at least a masters degree in Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
