Single panel side port swings out and folds back parallel to ship's hull. Features manually-or power-operated dogs. Side port swings manually by means of a leverage bar.

The hinged outboard swinging side port is operated by Electro Hydraulic Power Unit located in proximity of door - Solenoid control valves activate a hydraulic cylinder to swing the door open & closed - Dogging & un-dogging is accomplished using hydraulic cylinders. Water- tight integrity is maintained by a 1 "x2" synthetic rubber gasket which runs around the en- tire periphery of the side port. All operations are controlled by push buttons with signal lights that indicate completion ot an operation. Complete with hydraulic pump assembly with motor & tank - Tubing & fittings - Start & stop switches open & close cylinders - Selector valve assemblies - Gasket moulding - Indicating lights - Limit switches.
