MMS, Inc., a marine software company in Stamford Connecticut, needs quality people to support our international growth and expansion. MMS is experiencing tremendous demand for our FLEET MANAGER SERIES , PC-based fleet management software for inventory and maintenance management, ship/shore e-mail and fleet payroll/personnel. We are looking for highly motivated, results oriented professionals in a variety of marketing and technical positions to support our global expansion.

Sales Representatives: Looking for a unique blend of successful sales experience and strong shipboard marine knowledge. We need proactive individuals to sell MMS' proven FLEET MANAGER SERIES to major marine accounts. Must be a strong closer. Solid writing and computer skills necessary. Travel required.

Distribution Manager: Highly organized individual with the ability to coordinate a network of world-wide agents.

Must be able to support and motivate current agents, while increasing our channels of distribution with new, high-quality agent representatives. Must be able to juggle many projects at once and train agents on sales techniques and product features. Scheduling and good follow-up skills required. This position offers high exposure internationally and will require significant travel.

Sales Assistant: Assist sales staff with administrative and inquiry response/follow-up duties. Must have an outgoing personality as well as good phone and excellent word processing skills.. Proposal writing experience a plus.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate ability to work independently. College degree preferred.

Marketing Assistant: Assist Marketing Manager with international trade shows, aggressive advertising and direct mail programs, quarterly newsletter, promotions, user group meetings and sales seminars. Will require a creative individual with strong writing and desktop publishing/graphic skills. Must be able to complete projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision and on schedule. Recent college grads welcome.

Programmers: Two to three years C programming experience and B.S. degree in computer science required.

Windows programming experience a plus.

Support Representatives: Hard-working, self-starters with good communication and organizational skills. This is a multi-faceted position supporting MMS' customers worldwide. Must be computer literate. College degree preferred.
