American fleet from 1996 through the end of 2000. "Planned" ships listed in the chart have been annoudfed, although there has been no confirmation of a contract being signed. The following formation is offered as a clarification to information in the chart:

America/Hawaii's Constitution left service in 1995 to re-enter in 1997. It has been annou/ed that the ship will not re-enter the cruise line's fleet. Regency Cruises entered

Chaffer 11 bankruptcy proceedings in November 1995. Four of Royal Cruise Lines' ships hav/ changed hands. Royal Odyssey was in operation with Norwegian as of May 1996.
