Beckedorfs replacement will be Hans-
Joachim Fosterling, and Mr. Fischer's replacement will be Jakob Gatjens.

Paragon, Inc. (PPI) from private investment group The Carlyle Group. It is planned that
PPI will be a wholly owned subsidiary of SPD.
