SUPERINTENDENT ENGINEER(S)
Experienced individual needed to manage the day-today operations of vessels. This individual will be charged with the economic and operational viability of his assigned vessels.
Specific Duties include:
Vessel Technical Management
Vessel Financial Planning Oversight
Legal Issues/Compliance Oversight
Compliance with Safety and Quality Manage- ment System
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
College degree of equivalent relevant experience or
Licensed Engineering or Deck Officer from recognized Flag State or
A minimum of 8 years of commercial Superin- tendent Engineering experience
Knowledgeable in all aspects of vessels operations, budgetary requirements, negotiation skills, management oversight, legal and insurance issues. Classification societies, Organizations and Flag State rules and regulations.
MARINE CREWING AGENT
Experienced individual needed to ensure that managed vessels are properly manned at all times with qualified trained crews. Responsibilities include arranging appropriate travel/transportation for crew; maintaining records and generating reports and providing analysis of fleet manning requirements.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years experience in Marine Personnel/Manning Department for a ship management organization. Experience in the manning of Foreign Flag/Flag of Convenience Vessels. Familiarity with Flag State requirements, and STCW-95. Sailing experience a plus. Spanish/English required.
CREW ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities include providing assistance to the crewing department in ensuring that all company vessels are manned with qualified trained crews. Provide administrative support to the crewing department.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year practical experience in Marine Personnel/Manning Department for a
Ship Management Company. Excellent computer/ administrative skills. Spanish/English required.
