PROJECT MANAGER

MARINE SERVICE

Plan, direct and coordinate activities of marine service project to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished. Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, pro- cedures for accomplishing project staffing require- ments, and allotment of available resources to vari- ous phases of project. Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arrange for recruitment. Confer with project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authorities. Direct and coordinate activi- ties of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget limitations. Prepare project reports for management and clients.

M-F 9-5 pm 40hrs/wk, High School Degree and 10 years of experience in job offered or 10 years in related occupation of marine engineering technolo- gy. Written references requires, non-smoking on premises, must be familiar with mechanic and diesel engines $57,449.60.

Induction course certificate.

Elect /Techs to have degree level qualifications and knowledge of FMEAs and fibre-optic control systems.

VESSEL DESIGN ENGINEERS:

Sr. Naval Architect, Structural Engineer

Sr. Marine/Mechanical Engineer

BS in Engineering related field. Minimum 8 yrs

Design Engineering experience. Supervisory or management experience preferred. Knowledge of applied marine design a plus.

NAVAL ARCHITECT

Product Modeling

Degree required. Plan and provide production work package to support ship manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of product model software and ship manufacture method planning a plus.

DESIGNER

Piping & Hull/Structural 10-15 yrs experience in Marine Design with minimum 5 years Commercial Marine. Knowledge of ABS,

USCG & SOLAS rules a must.

ESTIMATOR

Minimum 2 yrs college or equivalent experience or training in Marine Estimating. Ability to review specification and drawings, formulate outline of itemized work descriptions, and assign production manhours and material costs to job.

SCHEDULER

BS Degree in Ship Production or equivalent experience of 5-10 years ship manufacturing experience. Must understand ship product breakdown and material kitting planning method.

JR. INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience. AutoCAD proficiency. Ability to create facility drawings and site plans. Working knowledge of Shipbuilding functions a plus.
