System (AUPS) Could Have Prevented 9p% of the Oil Spill from the Exxon Valdez.
The American Underpressure System will be tested on a Reserve Fleet US Navy Tanker, USNS
Shoshone, with funding from the US Navy's
Office of Naval Research (ONR).
The test will take place in the first part of June, 2001 in the San Francisco Bay Area -- California, USA.
