Vice President Production and Engineering to be responsible for the development and performance of all production processes, including engineering (designing and overseeing construction and repair of marine craft); customer relationships; revenue growth; budgeting and forecasting; staffing and developing of talent; and capital requests and expenditures. Requires BS in Marine Engineering, Naval

Architecture, or equivalent, plus 8 years' experience including: 5 years' experience managing an engineering-driven operation involving the recruitment, training, and direction of multiple craft skills in heavy industry, construction, or marine engineering; and 5 years' general management experience with profit and loss responsibility. All experience may be gained concurrently.

Project Manager to manage all aspects of assigned ship repair and engineering projects. Must possess a BS or the equivalent in Marine

Engineering or Naval Architecture, PE license or be eligible, and five years progressive experience in project management that demonstrates in-depth ship repair, marine engineering and pro- duction knowledge.

Estimators to analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other docu- mentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for prod- ucts and projects. Prefer degree in marine engineering with multi-craft experience. Requires 8-10 years experience in mar- itime business.
