V VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE

Global development and financial services company looking for vice president, finance for Houston, Texas office. Duties: Oversee all aspects of finance for power plant projects. Manage multilateral & commercial bank financing, ensuring timely & reasonable use of debt vehicles. Structure & arrange financing, bridge financing, non-recourse project financing, lease financing & tailor financial solutions for customers.

Maintain relationships with commercial banks, export credit agencies & multi-laterals. Establish, implement & manage budget & assist in closing equity sales for company developed projects. Close projects, both small & large scale, aggregating in excess of 2,000 MW & non-recourse financing in excess of $1.5 billion. Close lease financing on reciprocating engine power plant projects. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in economics or finance. 5 years progressively responsible experience in investment banking or financing of power plant ventures. Knowledge of reciprocating engine technology as evidenced by 5 years experience working in power field. Successful negotiation of power purchase agreements, implementation agreements & fuel supply agreements, as evidenced by negotiation of at least 2 independent power projects. 3 years expe- rience in acquisitions with leading energy companies & Asian project development.
