CMI ArmorWare Tie Rods
Crane Materials International (CMI)
ArmorWare Tie Rods are designed to ensure the increased longevity of walls built with CMI products.
ArmorWareTie Rods, coated on the sec- tions that are most susceptible to envi- ronmental corrosion, are manufactured with an advanced polymer coating to protect the surface and strengthen the wall.
Although the tie rod is buried once installed, it is one of the most critical components when building a seawall.
The majority of corrosion on conven- tional rods occurs within the first two feet behind a wall, where moisture pen- etrates into the rods.

Conrad to Delist and
Deregister Stock
Conrad Industries intends to voluntar- ily delist its common stock from Nasdaq on or about March 30, 2005. Johnny
Conrad, Conrad's President and CEO said "the company's Board of Directors unanimously recommended the delisting and deregistration of its common stock after carefully considering the advan- tages and disadvantages of continuing registration and listing.
The costs and administrative burdens associated with being a public company have significantly increased, particular- ly in light of new SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley and Nasdaq requirements.
Our Board has determined that the ris- ing costs of compliance, as well as the substantial demands on management time and resources, outweigh the bene- fits the company receives from main- taining its registered and listed status.
We believe that deregistering will result in significantly reducing expenses, avoiding even higher future expenses and will enable our management to focus more of its time and resources on operating the company and enhancing shareholder value."
