It’s inspiring for people to work for a company that has a purpose. It’s not only about making money. Many com- panies were started because they had a grand idea, they had a purpose, and as a consequence perhaps they earned a lot of money. Sometimes you may have the tendency to forget why it was started in the ? rst place.
