ESAB Checkmaster 600R
Resistive Load Bank
ESAB introduced the Checkmaster 600R resistive load bank for simulat- ing GMAW, AC/DC GTAW, SMAW and SAW arc welding processes from
RTF Manufacturing is a supplier of Marine Refrigeration for the U.S. Navy and 150 to 600 amps. When linked with
Coast Guard. We build a full line of reliable, highly ef?cient and environmentally safe the ESAB WeldScanner multipurpose refrigerators with modular construction available for tight spaces. Rely on our design recording and measuring device, mini- and engineering capabilities to meet your refrigeration needs. mal user intervention is needed for calibration and validation, leading to &217$&78672'$< time ef? ciency. Integration with the
WeldScanner allows parallel operation 7RP)#UWIPDQXIDFWXULQJFRP of three Checkmaster 600R units, au-

The Checkmaster 600R is compliant with standards that address welding equipment veri? cation and calibration such as IEC 60974-14, AWS B5.4 and
ISO 17662. Load banks are essential for compliance with AWS, AISC and
ASME certi? cation programs, which require a quality manual that docu- ments how welding equipment is cali- brated to control fabrication quality and verify compliance with Weld Pro- cedure Speci? cations.
Survitec Debuts Next-Gen High Expansion Foam System
Survitec unveiled its next-generation, high-expansion foam ? re suppression system, engineered to deliver higher produced foam output at lower operating pressures. The system also reduces both installation and through-life costs for shipyards and ship owners.
The breakthrough is in a redesigned generator that achieves greater foam produc- tion at signi? cantly lower feed pressures.
The new foam generator design incorporates a series of advances that collectively improve ef? ciency and reduce overall system size. The optimized nozzle alignment ensures full use of the generator net, eliminating blind spots to ensure maximum foam output. A new rotary element improves discharge ef? ciency, and a redesigned impeller draws more air into the generator and distributes the foam solution more effectively. This new con? guration reduces the pressure required to generate the foam and achieves a higher and more consistent expansion rate.
