The KPI profle was established in order for the users to have fexibility in choosing or selecting their preferred PIs and
KPIs for benchmarking or monitoring. The system is set up so it will guide the user to select the PIs and KPIs that eventually will allow a benchmarking result, but the user can choose any
KPI profle or create a customized KPI setup and there are no mandatory reporting requirements.
