Three New Managers Appointed

T.P. Reardon J.R. Phillips James C. Gibson Jr.

Paul I. Beining, president of

CDI Marine Company, has an- nounced the appointment of sever- al new managers in conjunction with a change in organizational structure.

T.P. Reardon is appointed man- ager, Southeast Region, which consists of offices in Jacksonville,

Fla., Charleston, S.C., and Pascag- oula, Miss. Mr. Reardon, who join- ed CDI Marine in 1979 from Ten- neco, Inc. (Deepsea Ventures), will continue his duties as man- ager, Jacksonville office. He was senior engineer with Deepsea Ven- tures, where he was responsible for the development of highly in- novative shipboard equipment to be used for the deep ocean mining of manganese nodules.

J.R. Phillips is appointed man- ager, Mid-Atlantic Region, which consists of Hampton, Va., and

Chesapeake, Va., offices. Mr. Phil- lips, with Newport News Ship- building prior to joining CDI Mar- ine in 1976, will continue as manager, Chesapeake office. Prior to his management assignment with CDI Marine Company, he had extensive experience in piping design and development for vari- ous classes of U.S. Navy ships.

James C. Gibson Jr. is appointed manager, Northeast Region, which consists of offices in Boston, Grot- on, Conn., and Philadelphia. Mr.

Gibson has recently retired from the U.S. Navy with the rank of captain, after a distinguished ca- reer covering all areas of manage- ment of Navy ship design and maintenance.

New Name For Former

Mechanical Marine

To strengthen its ability to serve the marine industry, Hay- ward Manufacturing Company has formed a new division to be called

Hayward Marine Products. The new division combines Mechanical

Marine with Hayward Products.

This new division will be re- sponsible for design, manufacture, and sales of all marine products from Hayward for both new ves- sel installations and retrofitting or repair. The division will be actively involved with the devel- opment of new products, new services, and acquisitions.

Hayward Marine Products is headed by Dan Coleman, vice president, and will continue to headquarter in Hayward's offices in Elizabeth, N.J.
