Steel and Shipbuilding Company of San Diego, a subsidiary of Mor- rison-Knudson, Inc. Alfred W.
Lutter, NASSCO's vice president- marketing who had served at times as the shipbuilder's Washington representative, will now be based full time in San Diego.
