Specific responsibilities relate to coordinating and managing all activities in the building of military ships using the most advanced technological concepts. His/her mandate involves coordinating the work of several departments involving large workforce and large man-hours expenditures, insuring tight control on costs.

The ideal candidate has gained 10 years or more of practical experience preferably in shipbuilding industry, is fully conversant with modern construction techniques and has demonstrated strong leadership and excellent inter-personal skills in previous mandates.
