The subject areas to be covered include: "What is marketing, and where does it fit into your business?," "Setting realistic goals, and tying them into company objectives," "Ways to make your company's individual characteris- tics work to your advantage," "The roles of top management and sales management, and how they are dif- ferent," and "What does your cus- tomer think of you? Does it mat- ter?"

Designed for business owners, general managers and sales man- agers, the workshop is presented by the Association of Diesel Specialists in cooperation with the Fromm In- stitute, Kansas City, Mo. as a spe- cial service to ADS members.
