Maritrans Inc., a leader in petroleum distribution is recruiting for the best tug/barge and ship personnel in the business. We are now seeking qualified candidates to join the Maritrans team for the following positions:

Able Seaman: AB Special or higher (OSV not acceptable) on your MMD. One year experience as

AB on Tugs.

AB/Tankerman: PIC DL Tank Barge and AB Special or higher (OSV not acceptable) on your MMD.

One year experience as PIC, multi-grade experience preferred.

Tug Mates: Mate 500 Ton Near Coastal with unlimited radar endorsement. Two years wheelhouse /oil barge handling experience. Pilotage and documented trips in the Northeast and

Gulf of Mexico ports a plus.

Tlig Engineers: Minimum License DDE 1,000 HP. Two years engine room experience with EMD's or

Caterpillar engines.

Tanker Officers: Mates licensed for position, PIC DL Tankship, two years experience with cargo skills.

Engineers licensed for position, two years experience, Gas Turbine experience a plus.
