ESRI offers mapping technolo- gy solutions from oceanography to hydrography, navigation to explo- ration, and from coastal shoreline to the bathymetric bottom. Public and private sectors users worldwide use

ESRI's GIS solutions extensively for research and analysis and to dissemi- nate data and maps. Hydrographic mapping services use GIS for com- plex projects such as charting seafloor topography. Industry sector organiza- tions use GIS technology for very specific purposes such as the petrole- um industry's use of GIS for offshore exploration and production and asset/facility management.

Gregg Drilling & Testing, Inc. and

Gregg In Situ, Inc. offers a wide range of environmental drilling, geotechni- cal drilling and cone penetration test- ing (CPT) services for site investiga- tion and remediation. On or offshore, experienced personnel and extensive resources allow us to solve the most complex technical problems and save time and money, without sacrificing quality. Services Include: Offshore drilling using jack-up boats, barges or

Gregg's drill boat (the Quin Delta)/

Sediment/soil sampling and continu- ous coring/ Cone penetration testing (CPT) services/ Offshore foundation and liquefaction services/Vibracore

Gregg Marine Services offers off- shore drilling, sediment sampling, and cone penetration testing (CPT) services. The drill ship Quin Delta is a self-propelled ocean going vessel with a draft of only three ft. This allows for offshore drilling in a wide range of locations, from deep waters, to harbors, rivers and shallow inland locations. The Quin Delta is equipped with 80-ft. spuds that can be used for stable anchoring in waters up to 70-ft. deep. Gregg also operates vibra-core and gravity core sampling systems that can be used to collect near surface soil cores. The vibra-core system can be used to collect core samples to depths up to 20 ft. The gravity core system is useful for quickly sampling soils to a depth of 5 ft. For deeper coring, Gregg uses an

OW coring system. The OW system is capable of obtaining 2 in. cores and 3 in. Shelby tube or 3 in. split spoon samples.

LinkQuest manufactures precision acoustic instruments for offshore oil exploration, construction, drilling, survey, envi- ronmental study and other oceanographic applications. Our innovative Broadband Acoustic Spread Spectrum (BASS)

Technology sets new standard for acoustic communication and positioning. LinkQuest is the dominant supplier of Underwater Acoustic Modems in the world. Its high-speed underwater acoustic modems transport more than 95% of the world's acoustic communication data. These systems have set a series of technical performance records in field deployments all over the world. LinkQuest's lines of

TrackLink Acoustic Tracking Systems provide robust, accurate and cost-effective Ultra Short Baseline (USBL) solu- tions.LinkQuest's FlowQuest Acoustic Current Profilers and NavQuest Doppler Velocity Logs (DVL) provide high- ly competitive solutions for current profiling or precision underwater navigation applications. These products offer significantly longer range with high accuracy. The Micro DVL is the world's smallest and lightest Doppler Velocity

Log. Over years, LinkQuest has earned an extraordinary reputation in terms of product performance, product qual- ity and customer support. Technology Profile: LinkQuest has recently moved to 6749 Top Gun Street, San Diego.

This move has more than doubled LinkQuest's space for R&D, manufacturing and training. LinkQuest will further invest heavily in developing new models for the FlowQuest Acoustic Current Profiler and NavQuest Doppler

Velocity Log products. LinkQuest will also invest aggressively in developing faster and more cost-effective underwa- ter acoustic modems and further enhancing its leading-edge spread spectrum TrackLink USBL systems.
