STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Job Location: USA,

Hydroid seeks a highly motivated Staff Accountant who will perform assigned accounting and related clerical support func- tions. This position’s primary responsibilities include project budget maintenance, review of cost allocations to ensure accurate controls and reporting of project performance, research and data management.

This position may be considered entry level however the suc- cessful candidate must be detail oriented and be proficient in

Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet program. Familiarity with manufacturing ERP programs a plus.

BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered.

PROPOSAL COORDINATOR

Job Location: USA,

Hydroid is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our growing marketing & sales department. The successful candidate will support marketing and sales in all pricing and proposal efforts. Prior experience required in estimating, preparing technical and cost proposals, quotations, database manage- ment, development of pricing, maintaining pricelists, and sales statistics.

Candidates must have; a Bachelors Degree plus 5 years expe- rience or equivalent in estimating and proposals; excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. A high level of proficiency with MS Office Suite and other software applications is expected.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER

Job Location: USA,

The successful candidate will have electro-mechanical assem- bly experience with the ability to follow assembly draw- ings/process sheets - able to trace electronic circuits and wiring diagrams. Must be proficient using hand tools and pos- sess soldering skills; certification is a +. Will train candidates for this position with related experience.

Position requires good communication skills, documented computer skills with Office Suite, IE, and ERPs. The ability to work within a dynamic group of highly motivated individuals is necessary. 2-3 years of previous electronics experience is mandatory.

Position may require heavy lifting and boating. Water safety skills are a plus. The ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
