Teledyne Acquires CDL Teledyne Technologies said its sub- sidiary, Teledyne Limited, has ac- quired C.D. Limited (CDL). Head-quartered in Aberdeen, Scotland, CDL is a supplier of subsea inertial navigation systems and motion sen- sors for a variety of marine applica- tions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquired busi- ness will operate under the name Teledyne CDL Limited. Airmar Acquires Marport Airmar Technology acquired sub- stantially all of the assets of Marport Deep Sea Technologies? Commer- cial Fishing division, a developer of sonar technology. Airmar will also acquire the Marport name and the web domain as a part of the trans-action. The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. Channel Technologies Acquires H.C. Materials An af liate of Channel Technolo- gies Group, LLC (CTG), a manu-facturer of piezoelectric ceramics, transducers and complex sonar and navigation systems used in the de- fense, medical and energy indus- tries, acquired the assets of H.C. Materials Inc. and its af liates (col- lectively, HCM) from Dr. Pengdi Han. As part of the acquisition, Dr. Han will become an equity owner of CTG, as well as an active board member. Other terms of the trans- action were not disclosed. CTG is a portfolio company of Blue Wolf Capital Fund II, L.P. The acqui- sition enables CTG to capitalize on HCM?s global recognition and leadership in the piezoelectric sin-gle-crystal arena, especially within the medical ultrasound market. It also consolidates CTG?s position as a global leader in the ceramic-based piezoelectric industry. facilities, R&D, new equipment, pro- cesses and staff has all played a part in a strategic vision for long-term growth.? SES Adds Applied Acoustics? CSP Sonar Equipment Services of Great Yarmouth, U.K., added the new Ap- plied Acoustics? CSP-N seismic power supply to its equipment pool. The 1,200 Joule reverse polarity unit selected by Sonar Equipment will operate a variety of Applied Acoustics? sound sources in- cluding the triple boomer plate S-Boom System, single plate boomers and the new long-life Dura-Spark 240. Chevron Awards Aqueos Corp. Aqueos Corp., a subsea services provider for the offshore O&G sectors of the Gulf of Mexico and the Paci c West Coast, won an award from Chevron Environ- mental Management Company (CEMC) that recognizes it for being the ?Best in Class Performance? for 2013. Aqueos Corporation, with of ces in Broussard, La. as well as Los Angeles and Ventura, Calif., provides marine construction and specialty subsea services including a complete range of commercial diving, remotely operated vehicles (ROV) and vessel-related services primarily to the offshore oil and gas markets. McDermott Orders DGI Subsea Actuators DGI from the Netherlands won a con- tract from McDermott for delivery of a large number of shallow water sub- sea actuators for  ooding systems with ROV override access for the Ichthys Gas Project. The Ichthys LNG project will be executed by McDermott for the EPC part (URF part) and Heerema for the Installation part, both on EPCI con-tract basis. Field location of the project is WA-285-P in the northern Browse Basin, about 200km north-west of West- ern Australia?s Kimberley coast, at the western edge of the Timor Sea. The ac- tuators DGI will supply for this project are required for temporary use during structure  ooding or ballasting opera- tion at water depths of 250 m.
