As Cameron Chairman, President and CEO, Jack B. Moore explained, OneSubsea essentially provides a marriage of SchlumbergerÕs oilÞ eld services technology and CameronÕs subsea equipment heritage. OneSubsea leverages CameronÕs ß ow control expertise, process technologies and world-class manufacturing and aftermarket capabilities, along with Sch- lumbergerÕs petro-technical leadership, reservoir and produc- tion technology and R&D capabilities, while also bringing into play its subsidiary, Framo Engineering, which provides subsea measurement, boosting and processing systems.OneSubsea is currently operating in more than 20 countries through its six divisions: Integrated Solutions, Production Sys- tems, Processing Systems, Control Systems, Swivel and Ma- rine Systems and Subsea Services.
