He sets that tone from the top and that makes the job easier in every way. Crowley is an organization that wants people be equipped to do their job and to be appreciated for their con-tributions. Our safety goal is clear and it gets tougher to hit the mark, the closer we get to it. I?ve had two sons work for Crowley in Prudhoe Bay. I really wanted them to be safe. I also wanted them to be treated with respect and get a taste of what it is to put in a long hard day and make a difference.
