Robert Black, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Moran Trans- portation Industries, Inc., announces the re- location of his office to Houston, where he will be directing the majority of his atten- tion to strategic affairs and corporate expan- sion to Los Angeles and New Orleans. Mr.

Black and the directors of Moran Transpor- tation recently announced the appointment of William P. Black as president and chief operating officer.

William Black most recently served as general manager of an ITT subsidiary company servicing markets throughout the
