Base Salary: Up to $20,896 (Eligible for increase of 4.5% at end of first year of employment.)

Any time worked over 40 hours per week compensated for at lVi times the hourly rate for the Base Salary shown above.

Fringe Benefits: Vacation, sick leave, retirement and State paid hospital insurance.
