Gould Inc. has sold its Cleveland- based Ocean Systems Division to
Westinghouse for a reported $100 million. At present, the division pro- duces undersea weapon systems for the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Larson comes to Moran with an executive background in financial management covering 18 years. Before joining Moran, he was associated with the Hartford Insur- ance Group, Continental Can Com- pany and Price Waterhouse. He re- ceived his undergraduate degree from Hofstra University, holds an
