Inmarsat-A and B ship terminals permits multiple voice, fax and data transmissions to be made simultaneously between ship and shore.

The multiplexing option takes advantage of Inmarsat-A and B duplex high-speed data (HSD) channels which provide data transmission at 56-64 kbps.

The HSD option utilizes multi- plexers on the ship and at the shoreside destination to subdivide the available HSD channel band- with so that it can be used to sup- port multiple telephone, fax and data circuits at the same time.

The multiplexers can be config- ured to provide considerable flexi- bility in allocating bandwidth for different applications.

The HSD multiplexing option is available with the new MX 2464

Inmarsat-B system and can be added to existing MX 2400

Inmarsat-A ship terminals with

HSD capability.

Remote Valve Operators (RVOs)

Designed to exceed shock, vibration, and corrosion resistance requirements for navel, commercial marine, and industrial applications, Teleflex RVOs are totally reliable in the harshest environments.

Teleflex Remote Valve Operator Systems from Triumph Controls, Inc. have been successfully installed on U.S. Navy shipboard applications for over 15 years.

Flexible Cable Technology-mechanically transfers rotary on linear motion through complex routings over long distances

Simplified Design-requires less time and manpower for installation

Helix Cable Drive System-operates in a sealed, permanently lubricated environment to prevent corrosion and eliminate maintenance

RVVO: Remote Vent Valve

Operator Systems are lightweight, low-protile operators that bolt directly to flanges of 1/4-turn ventilation valves. Systems incorporate a patented override feature at the valve for local fw^'Ris. operations.
