Chinese Organization

Leica GPS has been awarded a contract by the Chinese Maritime

Safety Administration for four marine differential GPS (DGPS) beacon systems. Each system will include dual Leica MX 9310

Beacon DGPS reference stations, on-site integrity monitoring and an industrial control PC with

Leica broadcast station software running in a WindowsNT environ- ment. The new DGPS beacon sites will augment the five existing sta- tions already provided by Leica.
