This position reports directly to the Fleet Administrator, the senior shoreside manager in charge of fleet operations. Applicant will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations and shoreside oversight of the deck department operations of the Great

Lakes Fleet of eight self-unloading bulk carriers.

Job Responsibilities to include: meet ships and interact with crew, track and document vessels' performance, assist with implementation of company policies, assist with

Union/Labor issues, liaise with traffic department, assist with tugs and harbor move- ments.
