S/S GULF SERVICE (Seismic Support) is currently under charter in the USA Gulf

Of Mexico - it is scheduled to depart for a six month plus charter off the coast of

Nigeria - it will be available for charter at the end for 2005 either in Nigeria or in the

US Gulf Of Mexico

M/V GULF PEARL is currently under charter through 2006 working out of Long

Beach, California

Gulf Fleet has two new vessels currently under construction ( 170' Class with

DP 1 ) which will be ABS Classed under 500 GRT with 22 berths, 2,200 bbl's liquid mud and 115' x 30' clear deck. Gulf Fleet currently discussing charters for these vessels with a delivery date of April 2006.

R/V GULF PACIFIC after extensive shipyard work deployed for 2 - D seismic work north of Labrador Newfoundland - the vessel will work in the Canadian waters for the summer months and then deploy for other seismic work either with the cur- rent chartered or with others in various areas of the globe
