Experience working on the waters of theMississippi River, Inter-Coastal Waterway between Mobile, AL and Houston, TX. Experience working in Houston, TX and theHouston Ship Canal. EDUCATION / TRAINING: - Must have a valid Coast Guard license with a radar observer and towing endorsement.- Must have a valid first aid certificate. - Must have CPR training.- Complete HAZWOPER training within 90days of hire. - Possess a Tankerman endorsement or at- tain one within six months after date of hire to be qualified to tow oil barges.
